Three lines of work.
Offices and standing contracts
Nightly, weekly or bi-weekly service for offices, clinics, retail and multi-tenant buildings. Fixed crews, a written scope per floor, and a supervisor who inspects — not a rotating cast with a checklist.
Homes, condos and turnovers
Detail cleans, move-in/move-out and recurring household service. Same team each visit, discreet and background-checked.
The handover clean, done properly
Rough, final and touch-up phases: dust knockdown, adhesive and paint removal, fixture and glass detailing, floor protection pull. Quoted per square foot after a walkthrough so the number reflects the site, not a guess over the phone.
Post-construction
Before the walkthrough, after the crew.
Pricing is set per square foot following a site visit, scaled to phase, debris load and finish sensitivity. You get the figure in writing before we mobilize.
