Noble Cleaning Pro is a Toronto facility-operations company with two divisions that came from the same place: watching operators lose time on work that should never reach their desk.
Where we started
Commercial cleaning contracts
Noble Cleaning Pro began with standing cleaning contracts across the GTA — offices, clinics, retail floors and post-construction turnovers. Fixed crews, written scopes, and a supervisor who actually walks the site. That work taught us that reliability, not price, is what keeps an operator calling back.
What we noticed
Kitchens were bleeding dishwashers
Cleaning restaurants at close put us in kitchens night after night. The same complaint came up everywhere: the dish pit turned over constantly. Someone would be hired, trained, and gone within weeks — and the chef or owner ended up scrubbing at midnight, calling around, or running a service short-staffed.
What we did
We took the dish pit over
So we made it our job. We hire, train, insure and schedule the dishwashers ourselves, and place them on-site as dedicated staff with a named backup behind every shift. If someone calls out, we fill it. The restaurant stops managing turnover entirely — they just get a clean, staffed dish station every service.
How we work today
Two divisions, one standard of coverage.
Everyone on a site is our employee — screened, trained, insured and WSIB-covered. Scopes are written in plain language, rates are flat, and you deal with one point of contact whether it's a nightly office contract or a seven-day dish schedule.
